How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka orders arrive in 24 to 72 hours. Outside Dhaka orders take 2 to 4 working days.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available all over Bangladesh. You can also pay in advance with bKash or Nagad.

Can I check the product before paying?

Yes. Please open and check your parcel in front of the delivery person before you pay.

How are fish and meat delivered?

Fish and meat are cleaned and cut to order, then packed with ice in insulated bags so they arrive fresh.

How do I return a product?

Return it to the delivery person on the spot, or send a return request from the Return or exchange page within 24 hours.
